United Airlines has unveiled its latest Polaris Lounge.

It is now open at Los Angeles International Airport located in Terminal 7.

It features a SoCal stye décor, which is adorned by works from Los Angeles-based artists, Rema Ghuloum, Chris Trueman and Ruth Pastine.

"Los Angeles is one of United's most important gateways, particularly to Asia and Australia, and this lounge provides our customers with a best-in-class experience," said Janet Lamkin, United's president for California.

The lounge comprises seating for 140 and has 120 USB ports, luxury shower suites and daybeds with Saks Fifth Avenue bedding.

The LAX Polaris Lounge is the fifth so far, following openings in Chicago O'Hare, Houston, Newark and San Francisco.

United recently completed a $573 million renovation of Terminal 7 at LAX and opened a new United Club in the terminal.

The airline continues adding new United Polaris business class seats with one aircraft being competed on average every 10 days through 2020.
