Delta Air Lines is adding flights at Boston with new daily nonstop service to Philadelphia.

The new route takes off on October 1 and expands the airline's number of destinations served nonstop from Logan International Airport to 51, including 17 international routes.

Also on October 1 Delta begins flying to Las Vegas from Boston.

"Philadelphia is a Top 10 destination for Bostonians, and we are pleased to offer customers this new service to Delta's growing portfolio of nonstop flights at Logan International Airport," said Joe Esposito, vice president of network planning - Americas.

The four times daily service will be flown on CRJ-900 aircraft by Delta Connection partner Endeavor Air.

"This schedule provides convenient trip options and amenities, with departures in popular morning and evening time channels and First Class seating on every flight," Esposito added.
