United Airlines has unveiled its new international premium economy cabin product with reservations now open.

United Premium Plus seats are available for travel beginning March 30, 2019, with more than 20 overseas routes available by the end of May.

Premium Plus has been added to its fleet of 777-200ERs, 777-300ERs and 787-10 aircraft, with an expanded seat pitch of 38 inches, larger seatback entertainment screens, upgraded dining and a Saks Fifth Avenue blanket and pillow.

The premium service rolls out on routes from San Francisco, Newark and Washington Dulles.

Beginning in March, Premium Plus flights from San Francisco include Auckland, Beijing, Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, and Tokyo Narita.

Newark flights include Mumbai and Tel Aviv, and Washington Dulles rolls out the new cabin to Brussels on March 30.

The new seats are valid for upgrades with MileagePlus miles, the airline said.

"Either a single Global Premier Upgrade or a MileagePlus Upgrade Award can be used to move up to a United Premium Plus seat," the airline states.
