WDT stores and processes customer data in accordance with the legal requirements laid down by UK law and European General Data Protection Regulations. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office with Registration number ZA027199.
WD Travel will process Personal Data strictly in accordance with Data Protection Legislation;
We will ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of our systems and services.
We will notify customers in the event of any breach of security measures We will not disclose or allow access to Personal Data to any third party other than at your explicit request or legal obligation
We will respond to all requests in relation to your Personal Data and remove Personal Data from our systems should you request this.
We may pass your data onto suppliers and contractors as needed to secure your booking (e.g. airlines, providers of accommodation, car hire, etc.) in order to fulfill your booking requirements.
We store customers’ data on the basis of contractual agreement, or because you have submitted your details to us. Email communications with customers are based on your contract with us or on opt-in consent via our online web form.
